Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your landing page after login. It provides a snapshot of the entire banking system.
Key Metrics
At the top you will see four summary cards:
- Active Institutions — Total number of active institutions across all regions.
- Total System Assets — Combined assets of all active institutions.
- Bank Failures — Historical count of FDIC-recorded bank failures.
- Data Points — Number of financial records in the database, plus count of macro series.
Top Banks Table
Below the metrics you will find a ranked list of the 15 largest institutions by total assets. Click any bank name to jump to its full profile page.
System Overview Charts
Interactive charts visualize aggregate trends: asset concentration, state-level breakdowns, and recent failure timelines.
Watchlist Panel
If you have added banks to your watchlist, a panel on the dashboard shows their latest key ratios at a glance. Free accounts can watch up to 3 banks; Pro accounts have no limit.
